Did I force you to help me? Omosh asks Kenyans

Omosh Story: Did I force you to help me? This is the question that a seemingly intoxicated actor Joseph Kinuthia alias Omosh has asked Kenyans. This is after Kenyans came out in anger to castigate the actor for his begging spree.

The actor had gone on Tv to say that he was broke despite having received millions of money in donations.

“kusema tuu ukweli nilishika less than one million, kuna watu walipledge ma doh na hakuna kitu walitupa. I received less than one million, there are some people who pledged but didn’t deliver. I would request a well-wisher to help me get a camera, tripod, lights, and a microphone), he said.”

His claim attracted the wrath of comedian Jalang’o who had led efforts to help the actor. “Some people never learn! I can easily assure that omosh got more than 1m from my show…personally in cash, he got more than 700k than the people who sent money directly to him! I hosted him 2 weeks after he came out …people had already started sending him money! @zeroheropropertiesltd got him land and @sungtimber1 built him a house! @honalinur gave him food worth 60k and another 100k in cash!! Hii ni ujinga tu!” Jalang’o responded on Instagram.

Kambua: Grief of losing my baby sometimes knocks me off my feet

Following this response, on Saturday, Omosh took to social media where he claimed that he had not forced anyone to come to his aid.

Kwani Majama shida iko wapi? Mlicome through mkaniokolea ndio hii Keja inasimama, Maanze thanks a lot kwa kitu mlinifanyia. Kitu inaniwasha ni mnaniuliza mahali nilipeleka pesa,”said Omosh in a video.
